Refund Policy

30-day, no-questions-asked refund

If you are not happy, you can request a full refund on your most recent charge within 30 days of that charge — no questions asked. Just ask and we will refund it.

No refunds after 60 days

We do not provide refunds for any charge that is 60 or more days old. Please review your charges promptly so you can request a refund within the window above.

Free trial

If we offer a free trial, you can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription.

No contracts

There are no contracts. It’s pay-as-you-go — you can pay monthly or annually (with a discount for paying annually in advance), and you can cancel any time. For prepaid plans, after the 30-day refund window we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of your term; your access continues until the end of the term you paid for.
