Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026 (v2026-06-21)

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Infusion Extreme LLC (“iTracker360”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects data in connection with the iTracker360 service. Our Privacy Officer is Casey Page. You can reach us with any privacy question at support@itracker360.com.

2. The two categories of data

iTracker360 handles two distinct categories of data, and it is important to keep them separate.

(a) Account data — the information you give us

This is the information you provide to create and run your account, such as your name, email address, and account settings. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number on our systems.

(b) Visitor data — what the tracker captures on your sites

When you embed our tracker on your websites, it captures data about your visitors on your behalf. This may include UTM and attribution parameters, the referrer, page URLs, IP-derived geolocation, and email or text entered into input fields on non-payment pages. For the protection of cardholder data, the tracker never captures card numbers, CVV codes, or expiration dates.

3. How we use data

We use data to operate and improve the service, to attribute visitor activity and sync it to your connected CRM, to provide support, to bill you, and to keep the service secure. We process visitor data on your behalf and only to provide the service to you.

4. We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties. We do not trade visitor data or account data for advertising, and we do not make it available to data brokers. We only use trusted providers that help us run the service, as described below.

5. Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of vetted providers to operate the service. You can see the current list, what each one does, and where it is located, on our Subprocessors page.

6. CRMs are your destinations

When you connect a CRM such as Keap or GoHighLevel, you direct us to send data to it. That CRM is your destination, controlled by you, and your use of it is governed by that CRM’s own terms and privacy practices — not ours.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to sign you in to the app and, on your sites, to remember attribution across visits. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

8. Data retention

If you cancel, we purge the captured and CRM-synced visitor data associated with your account within 180 days. We retain billing and account records for as long as legally required.

9. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and store data in the United States on Amazon Web Services (us-east-1). While we work hard to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

The service is operated from, and data is stored in, the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States for processing and storage.

11. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR and CCPA / CPRA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of the sale of your personal data. Because we do not sell your data, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still exercise your other rights. To make a request, email support@itracker360.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. For visitor data captured on a customer’s site, please contact the customer who operates that site, as they are the controller of that data.

12. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Breach notification

If a data breach affects your data, we will notify affected customers without undue delay after becoming aware of it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect.
