Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026 (v2026-06-21)

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not do with iTracker360. It is part of your Terms of Service, and violating it may result in suspension or termination.

1. Lawful use

You must use the service lawfully. You may not use it to publish, capture, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive, or that violates the rights of others.

2. Payment-card data (PCI)

You must never configure or deploy the tracker to capture payment-card data, including card numbers, CVV codes, or expiration dates. On payment pages, capture must be limited to email only. This protects both your visitors and your business.

3. Respect end-user privacy

You must maintain the privacy notices and obtain the consents required on your sites, and you must have a lawful basis to collect the visitor data the tracker captures on your behalf.

4. No abuse of the service

You may not attempt to breach or circumvent the security of the service, scrape it, overload or interfere with its operation, or reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of it except as permitted by law.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy, with or without notice, to protect the service, our customers, and end users.
